An underused existing building on the Indian Bible College campus, the remodel rehabilitates a dilapidated space into a library and student center, creating a more accessible, student centered, space.

A co-design Design/Bid/Build project, together with R. Michael Bell, this was a new school facility in the rural Animas Valley area near Durango.
It was a single-story masonry building design with a wood-frame roof system and a metal roof.
As a K-6 elementary school, it provides classrooms for 850 students, together with assocated administrative space, cafeteria, administrative space, and open recreation areas.
The project budget was $2,200,000, with only one no-cost change order.
Construction time was 9 months.

New 26,800 sf Addition to existing 26,700 sf building. Also new 2800 sf basement.
New area includes Kitchen and Cafeteria, Classrooms, Workshops, Gymasium, Pool and Locker Facilities. Basement contains maintenance areas and pool equipment. Masonry construction with wood truss roof. All areas are ADA compliant. Pool is equipped with ramp and spa area for therapy.
