As founding member of the firm in 1975, Richard has a wide range of experience in architecture, planning and interior design in commercial, institutional, recreational, educational, health care and residential design. Richard is the principal in charge and is responsible for the coordination of all phases of project development.
He has an active registration in three states.

Stephanie has been a member of the firm since 1990, and has been involved in all phases of project design development and production. Her responsibilities include managing and coordinating all aspects of a project including consultant information. Stephanie’s work in our computer aided design and drafting (CADD) department contributes to the assembly of comprehensive construction documents. She has experience in various projects representing residential, commercial, educational, governmental and medical design. Stephanie has particular interests in both historical preservation and sustainable design.
She has an active registration in two states.

Architect
Thomas first joined Ralph Wyatt and Richard Reece architects in 1983 and was involved with all aspects of a project from design development through project closeout. In 1992, Thomas relocated to Costa Rica and founded Conceptos Ambientales, S.A., an architectural firm, after winning a design competition for the Central American Headquarters of Phyto Medicinales, S.A. A subsidiary of Roche Pharmaceuticals. Thomas has been a member of RAR since 1998 and involved with all phases of project design, production and field supervision. His experience has a wide range of building types including commercial, residential, educational, religious, medical and food service projects.
He has an active registration in three states as well as in Costa Rica.

Architect-in-training
As an employee of the firm since 2000, Michael has been involved with all aspects of the design process, and is able to take advantage of his technical expertise with AutoCAD, 3d rendering and modeling to help create designs and documents that are more completely thoughtful and considered from conception to execution at various scales. He has worked on a variety of projects, including Religious, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Educational in both new projects, renovations and remodels, as well as some residential construction experience with Habitat for Humanity. He also manages most of the firm’s IT and digital needs and online presence

As recent graduate of Arizona State University, Joseph is currently working on the Architect Registration Examinations to become a licensed architect. He has been an employee of the firm since 2007, and has been involved with all aspects of the design process. He has worked on a variety of projects, including religious, residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and medical, in new projects, renovations and remodels.

Ty is a licensed Architect who joined the firm in 2017 after practicing in Texas for several years. He brings experience and familiarity with Building Information Modeling systems, as well as a fresh style to the Flagstaff area. He has worked on a number of projects in the commercial and residential fields.
